Precesion thread barrel tennon true to barrel bore centerline. Barrel face and shoulder parrallel to .0002 or less. Drill, bore true to bore centerline, within .0002, ream and polish chamber to the appropriate caliber and set head space near minimum specifications for best accuracy.
We use only top quality reamers from Dave Manson and Pacific tool and gage, common calibers will all be removable pilot type. We maintain records of how many chambers are done with each tool to ensure they are resharpened or replaced in a timely manner.
